Trick or Sip on the Westside Wine Trail
What is it?
Halloween-themed wine tastings held along the Westside Wine Trail with 15 participating wineries
When & Where
October 25th from 12:00pm to 5:00pm on the Westside Wine Trail
Tickets are available on Eventbrite for $20 which includes all tastings for a self-guided experience

McMillan Farms
Where: 3690 Berard Rd, Kelowna
When: Open daily in October (visit their website for current hours)
Experiences:
- Pumpkin Patch: Choose the perfect pumpkin for decoration or carving
- Corn Maze: A huge, family-friendly maze that changes design every year
- Hayrides: Climb aboard the tractor-pulled wagon and take a scenic ride around the 100-acre property.
- Pumpkin Slingshot: Attempt to hit the target at the pumpkin slingshot
- Farm Animals: Feed and pet the pigs, donkeys, chickens and goats
Tickets are recommended to be purchased in advance for the main attractions
Dogs are welcome on leash
Field of Screams
Where: O’Keefe Ranch, 9380 Hwy 97N, Vernon (just under an hour from Kelowna)
When: Wednesdays – Sundays in October
If you’re looking for a good scare, head to O’Keefe Ranch in Vernon. This massive haunted corn maze features four terrifying themes such as “Hide & Shriek” which is a psychological horror maze and “A.I. Kill Switch” where all eyes are on you.
This is not recommended for small children. Tickets can be purchased on their website.
City of Kelowna – Family Monster Bash
Where: MNP Place – 4105 Gordon Drive
When: October 27 | 1:00pm – 4:00pm
Cost: Free!
If you are looking for a fun and family-friendly activity, look no further! Enjoy free skating, a bouncy house, face painting, and more. Don’t forget to wear your costume and bring a donation for the Central Okanagan Food Bank.
Truck 59 Ciderhouse
Head to West Kelowna for some creative fun at Truck 59 Ciderhouse. All October long, your family can participate in their pumpkin carving event, with pumpkins available for purchase for $7.50 (all carving tools are supplied!).
There is also a pumpkin carving contest on Sunday, October 26, with judging at 3 p.m.
While the kids get creative, adults can enjoy some handcrafted cider, and there are non-alcoholic fruit soda flights and hot mulled cider on Saturdays.
